About MamaJ

Empowering women to heal, rise and thrive.

MamaJ Women Empowerment is a women-led non-profit organisation founded in 2025 to empower women through wellness, leadership, entrepreneurship and community development.

Our Story

A platform built around the whole woman.

MamaJ brings together wellness, personal development, leadership, entrepreneurship and community engagement. The goal is not only to inspire women, but to equip them with practical tools, networks and opportunities.

Our work responds to challenges such as limited access to development opportunities, mental health pressures, social isolation, barriers to entrepreneurship and limited support networks.
